ZYZJ Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd., incorporated in 1978 with 1,060 employees, is a key high-tech enterprise in Henan Province engaged in drilling, oil extraction, operation and manufacturing of petroleum machinery as well as a network member supplying special equipments necessary for petroleum export from China and pumping units, sucker rods, and oil-well pumps for Sinopec Group and China National Petroleum Corp.
　　The company obtained ISO9001 international quality system certification in 1997 and American Petroleum Institute (API) membership in 1999, for which ten dominating products, namely rigs, work-over derricks, pumping units, sucker rods, oil-well pumps, tubing, drilling pumps, rotary tables, overhead traveling cranes, and drill collars, have acquired the authorization to use Official API Monogram.
　　The company features a complete LAN system, advanced CAD, CAE, CAPP and other computer-aided design software, 950 sets of cold/thermal processing equipments, 50 sets of numerical control devices, advanced numerically controlled finish fabrication plants such as vehicles, mills, rigs and boring tools, a first-class numerically controlled heat treatment system, and production lines for riveting/welding devices, expendable patterns and vacuum precision casting under numerical control, thus providing reliable guarantee for the quality of product manufacturing.

In February 1996, renamed as General Machinery Manufacturing Plant of Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Administration;
In August 2004, restructured into an independent legal entity and renamed as Henan ZYZJ Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.;
In July 2009, renamed as ZYZJ Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd.
